Bungalow features:
- Superior One-room unit: type A 2+2 beds – type B 4+2 beds
- Superior Two-room unit: type C-D 4+2 beds
- de Luxe Two Room Unit: type F 4+1 o 4+2 beds
- Superior Three-room unit: type E 6+2 beds
All Bungalows are equipped with kitchnette, air conditioning and TV SAT (De luxe units with washing machine).

Obligatory extra Charges for the residence formula.
- Adults € 35, Children 3-12 € 20 per person per week for bedroom/bathroom linen and consumption of electricity and water
- one room unit € 40, two room unit € 50 and three room unit € 60 for final cleaning
- 3% supplement for first row cottages
- € 25 in case of kitchnette cleaning not carried out
- € 25 per week for cot to be requested at the moment of reservation
- € 25 per week for high chair to be requested at the moment of reservation
