HOTEL FORMULA
Weekly Rates per person (VAT included), for stays from Friday to Friday. Dinner with beverage and daily cleaning of the bungalow are included (prices are base on min. 2 persons in One-Room Units and min. 3 persons in Two and Three-Room Units)

RESIDENCE FORMULA
Weekly rates (VAT included) per bungalow for stays from Friday to Friday.

For Both Hotel and Residence formulas
CLUB CARD from period 2 to 13 included (adult weekly extra charge € 30; children 3-12 years weekly extra charge € 15). The obligatory club card includes:
-Recreational activities and entertainment, Mini e Junior Club, Parties on the beach, Evening shows.- Sports activities and tournaments: Beach Volley, Five-a side football, Beach soccer, Aqua gym, Aerobica, Step, Bowls, Tennis, Pedal boat, Canoeing and Wind Surf. - “Panatta Sport” equipped Gym and Hydromassage ( after 18:00 adults only ), free entrance to the “Club Miraggio” Swimming pool

LONG PERIOD REDUCTIONS ON BOTH FORMULAS:
- In periods 1, 2, 13 and 14 a 50% discount will be applied to bungalow prices beginning from the third week- In periods 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 12 a 25% discount will be applied to bungalow prices beginning from the third week; the two weeks at the highest rate will be excluded from the discount. No discount will be applied in periods 9-10-11.

- Fidelity Discount:5% discount on bungalow prices for minimum 2 week stay during the 2010 season
- Rapidity Discount : 5% discount on bungalow prices for bookings made before 30/09/2010.


RESTAURANT SERVICE
Special offers on restaurant bookings, available for 7 consecutive days; further discounts for children 3-12 years.

BEACH FACILITIES
Daily rates for 1 beach umbrella and two sun-beds in a reserved area.

Balance: The remaining 60% of the amount has to be paid on arrival or one week at least before arrival.
Cancellations:: In case of re-renting the cottage the deposit will be fully refunded and only 50 € will be detract; no amount will be paid back in case of earlier departure than the reservation made."
